Too young for surgery?

I do agree with the lady who is quoted in this article. Plastic surgery is a serious subject that should not be taken lightly on any level. I do have concerns about the audience targeted here. The magazine is aimed at people who are not even old enough to undergo plastic surgery.

People, men and women, are feeling compelled to have surgery at a younger age in some part due to pressure from the media. This should not be the case. There is nothing wrong in having surgery to improve the way you look, feel about yourself or your well being. However, the reasons must be sound. This is why at my practice, before any procedure whether it be Rhinoplasty, Facelift, Breast augmentation or any procedure, I undertake an extensive consultation process. If a provider does not do this, you need to question whether they have your best interests at heart. A further point, it should be THE SURGEON doing this process.
